Fred Sed is a third-generation Realtor with a legacy rooted in real estate excellence. With a career spanning decades, Fred has personally closed over 1,000 real estate transactions, combining hands-on experience with deep industry insight.

Beyond his personal success, Fred is a respected mentor and leader, having trained over 15,000 real estate agents and brokers across the country. He currently leads one of Southern California’s top-producing real estate teams, recognized for their consistency, professionalism, and elite performance.

Under his leadership, the team has sold over $650 million in real estate in just the past five years.

Despite his leadership responsibilities, Fred remains actively involved in sales, personally selling 2 to 3 homes per month. Fred’s unique blend of hands-on expertise, coaching excellence, and a deep family tradition in real estate sets him apart as a powerhouse in the industry.
